Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your administrator account. Even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to access your account without the second factor - a unique 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

How to Set Up 2FA

Follow these steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication on your administrator account:

  1. Access Security Center: Navigate to the System Administrator dashboard and click "Security Center" in the left sidebar under Platform Management.
  2. Start Setup: Click the "πŸ”’ Setup Two-Factor Authentication" button in the Security Center.
  3. Get an Authenticator App: Download an authenticator app if you don't have one:
    • Google Authenticator (iOS & Android)
    • Microsoft Authenticator (iOS & Android)
    • Authy (iOS, Android & Desktop)
    • 1Password (Premium users)
  4. Scan the QR Code: Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on screen. Alternatively, manually enter the secret key shown.
  5. Verify Setup: Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm setup.
  6. Save Backup Codes: You'll receive 10 backup codes. Save these in a secure location - you'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
